THE PERFECT SPICES TO THE BIFTEKI

An ingredient which is found in my Bifteki, is cumin. Unlike me, hates my step-mom cumin, and in their world, this spice does not exist. It has cumin, if you like, from your vocabulary deleted and out of your life banished. You used cinnamon in their Bifteki recipe a pinch. If You scream so not yay, if You're reading cumin, You can use a pinch of cinnamon. In addition, there are many other Bifteki recipes without cumin but also a lot of cumin and even in addition 😉 cinnamon . So spice just to taste.

I have to lose the rest of my Bifteki is the stale bread. It happens to me over and over again, if I get fancy meatballs or Bifteki, that I don't have stale bread on hand. Funny. Anyway, I use the breadcrumbs or bread crumbs, however, when Baker bought. Not typical Greek, but practical.

I LOVE THE GREEK CUISINE

Speaking of typical Greek. It is close to my heart even to mention that the Greek cuisine is very diverse and not only from "Gyros, Souvlaki and Bifteki" is. As in any other country in the Mediterranean, there is also in Greek cuisine is delicious and varied Mediterranean diet, traditionally with a lot of vegetables, fruit and legumes, and fish and also meat, fruits to do so. The Greek cuisine, such as our different also, country to country and from island to island through the regional facets. Of all the dishes but all the same, you are always prepared with valuable, always a regional olive oil.

To my Greek meatballs fit by the way, have a wonderful Greek salad and my Greek Tzatziki.
